I give Pamela 5 stars in every way. As a first time homebuyer I was nervous but she always put me at ease and made me feel optimistic because she is so upbeat. I had a million questions but rarely had to ask them because she taught me everything I needed to know just within casual conversations. She made it fun and easy! Pam reached out to us on a home we wanted to see, she met on New Year's Day to show us property! That is dedication! We were unsure to build, buy new, etc. Pam helped by showing us buildable lots and probably 50+ homes as we narrowed down our likes and dislikes. She assisted on what to offer, was attentive to OUR needs and pursued amendments as necessary for our benefit. She wasn't ever pushy, always accessible via cell, email and text.
